Our Lead Credit Policy

Incorrect Information

If any of the details below are incorrect, the client is eligible for a lead credit:

• Phone Number

• Name

• Address

Zero Interest

If a lead has not expressed some sort of interest to get their roof inspected/replaced. The Client is then eligible for a lead credit.

Contracted with another company

If the lead states they are contracted with another company, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.

Out of Area Lead

If the client receives a lead out of their service area. The Client is Eligible for a lead credit.

Will unresponsive leads be credited?

No. However, our team will reengage them for you.

Lead's Name

Separate names with commas (e.g., John Doe, Jane Smith)

Explain why the lead(s) should be credited:

To request credit for leads, simply submit the lead credit request form or reach out to our Client Success Manager (CSM) Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Review

We will review your lead credit request to determine if it falls under our Lead Credit policy.

Get a Lead Credit

Once approved, you’ll receive a lead credit.
